There's no doubt in my mind that Hedi Slimane is in a league of his own. He's credited with revolutionizing men's fashion. He's worked as both a designer and creative director at some of the biggest fashion houses in the world, such as Yves Saint Laurent and Christian Dior. Classes Karl Lagerfeld as a close friend and even designed album covers for artists like Phoenix, Daft Punk and Lady Gaga as well as publishing several photography books

Just like the strong vision he carries with his clothes, Slimane brings that same approach to photography. He has a way of creating gorgeous photos by using simple but careful lighting. He makes each photo appear unbelievably crisp, giving us a clear look at incredible style

Turban

Jean Paul Gaultier explored classic Parisian fashion with his fall Haute Couture collection by showcasing high turbans, dramatic 1940s silhouettes and even Eiffel Tower decorated stockings. Models (and burlesque performer Dita von Teese) glided down the runway in dark ensembles that beckoned to the days of screen sirens with a modern twist of over-exaggerated shapes, leather and metallic. J'AIME!

I love to work a head scarf on a bad head day and Gautier has inspired me to play about with my fabrics to jazz up ma tête.  This leather turban from urban outfitters by Carin Wester for £60 takes it to a whole new fierce level, however unfortunatly it has sold out! 

Design-a polish

Nail art galore has been seen all over the catwalks this season, along with two of my favorite ladies katy perry and rihanna never missing the opportunity to stick a hello kitty or publicise their love for obama on their pinkies

Also  I'm intregued by the Barry M Instant Effects nail varnish which you paint on top of any chosen base colour and it creates a grunge/animal print effect, I need to get my hand on some of this!

John Galliano For Ladurée

John Galliano will be collaborating with famous Parisian pastry café Ladurée to release limited edition macaroons which will be available from november.

The Dior designer’s macaroons  pay tribute to his new perfume Parlez-Moi d’Amour.

He chose two of my favourite flavours  rose and ginger and created a limited edition box featuring references to the new fragrance. I think some nice sketches or additional art work would of been more aesthetically pleasing, but still I'm enjoying the concept of the combination of two of my favourite loves in life macaroons and fashion!

Zoolander Deux

Exciting stuff, I can wait to get my next Installment of "blue steel" pouting and catwalk-offs with David Bowie!  According to MTV, the long-shelved sequel to Ben Stiller's supermodel comedy Zoolander 2 will likely hit theaters in 2012.

Justin Theroux, who is co-writing the script with Stiller,revealed that both Will Ferrell and Jonah Hill will star in the new movie. Ferrell will reprise his role as the villain Mugatu and Hill will play a new character. Theroux said he plans to direct the film, and also dished that when the film opens, Zoolander and Hansel struggle with the fact that they're getting older.

"We start off with them in a pretty bad place," he said. "They're about to ring 40's bell. They have to claw their way back into the fashion industry in some way or another.

Legendary 1960'S Model Veruschka returned to the runway for Giles Deacon Spring/Summer 2011 show. the 71-year-ancient model аnd actress walked the runway  as раrt οf London Fashion Week.

Thе German model shared the catwalk with today’s supermodels including Agyness Deyn, Stella Tennant, Jessica Stam, аnd a bikini-clad Alessandra Ambrosio. Shе closed the show іn a floor-length gown аnd headdress

Veruschka’s appearance аt the London runway could be a раrt οf the growing trend οf using ancient models for runway shows. At the recent Madrid Fashion Week, designer Juan Duyos hаѕ аlѕο sent four women іn their 60s down the runway, including renowned fashion collector Eloisa Bercero.

“I аm fed up with seeing 20-year-ancient models advertise anti-wrinkle creams for women aged 60. Beauty dοеѕ not еnd аt 40 or 50,” ѕаіd the Spanish design
